Pathways to Excellence

 

Sportactiv through the English Cricket Board have linked up with England's Women's world cup winner Katherine Brunt to provide 5 free coaching sessions at Holgate Sports College starting on the 9th of December running 5pm to 6pm. Other dates include 16th December 2009, 29th March , 12th April and 19th 2010.

The coaching initiative is aimed at years 5,6,7 and 8 and aim is recruit enough female cricket players to form two competitive team who will represent the last two years of primary and the first two years of secondary.

This program aims to generate mass participation of female players and create pathways to excellence for players who display promise.
